Ameen International Companies Group:

A special institution consists of a group of companies as follow:

1-Ameen Rajab Ameen Co. for the electric & mechanical contracts:

It was established in 1978 and specialized in the field of carrying out the contracts of the electric, water, sewage, refining, structure of the industrial and service projects and diagrams structure. Its previous location was in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad. After implementing 73 projects successfully at the governmental institutions in different fields, but its activities have been stopped due to the Gulf Wars and the Blockade in 1991 .

2-Ienda Co. for general constructional contractions :

It was established in 2001 in Kurdistan Iraq. It is specialized in carrying out the constructional works, roads, bridges and modern construction and three projects have been implemented in Kurdistan till now

3-Ameen Bureau for general trading (Import & Export):

It was established in 1993 in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad and specialized in importing and exporting of the included materials of contracting as well as bringing the special foreign experiences and the skillful technical labour hand in addition to the specialized consultation in the field of contracting and service industrial projects.

4-Ameen Bureau for exporting:

It was established in 1993 and specialized in the field of exporting the Iraqi goods and products such as oil, petrochemical, leather, dates and other materials to abroad

5-Our company is authorized by REHAU German company which its main headquarter located in Germany and specialized in projects of huge water, sewages and water purifying as well as providing pipes and its accessories. It is specialized in modern construction, hotels, hospitals, stadiums and air-conditioning for industrial and services projects

 

Experiences of the company:
We kindly submit a brief introduction of the works that have been done by our company in the field of works, electric, mechanic, and the projects of water, sewage, refining, service projects and all that related to constructional works in the field of importing and exporting because we have too much experiences in this field so, the company started in these works in 1978 until the beginning of the blockade on Iraq in 1991

Please, have a look at the agenda and the related works of implementing 74 various projects which were executed successfully. Mr.Ameen Rajab Ameen has got great experience through field work. After the events of the Gulf War, the company became out of work and Mr. Ameen left Iraq to Europe exactly to Germany , he got more knowledge and experience in the field of advanced technology ,where he participated in (10) training courses in different technological fields as well as to the advanced techniques and the most recent ways that are followed in Europe and in implementing the industrial works . After that he was able to communicate with many large European companies in order to cooperate with the company in the field of contracting, consultation and providing with the new advanced technological. Mr Ameen wants to employ and use his skills and experiences to serve his country and his people and he managed to establish a group of Ameen International companies

 

The group slogan
Our slogan is faithfulness and punctuality of carrying out works and making cooperative relations inside and outside Iraq with the similar groups and with companies having scientific and administrative technology.

Capability of the group

The group has great various capabilities, which were distributed over the companies of the group by specialization. The group who have experience and efficiency in performing works within their field of specialization.

In addition to the huge financial capabilities, and the group is trying now to include other activities like establishing factories that produce

establishing material imported especially from Germany. We are trying to provide the Iraqi institutions ,the governmental offices and Iraqi companies with products of highly technique for the projects of water and sewers nets from the pipes manufactured by REHAU German Company and the administrative council of the group has many expansion projects with local and foreign consultant clients. The group is ready to accept any kinds of commercial agencies from different international companies.

In addition to all that, the manager of the company throughout his activities in the field of electric, mechanic and construction works he has carried out good works in Germany with 7000 working hours supported by (10) technical certifications of various specialization
